Terms of Service

Who we are

Jerry is operated by Satix Labs, a sole proprietorship of Patel Margil, Ground, 09, Devshrut Villa, K Raheja Road, Koba, Gujarat 382421, India. Contact: margilpatel57@gmail.com. By creating a Jerry account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Jerry for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

What Jerry is

Jerry helps small businesses build an online store, create marketing content, message customers, and run advertising (including on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp). Some features depend on third-party platforms and only work after you connect the relevant accounts and the third party approves the required access.

Your account

  • Keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Give us accurate business information and keep it current.
  • You must be legally able to run the business you operate through Jerry.

Your content and your customers

  • Your products, photos, prices, and messages are yours. You give us permission to store, process, and publish them only to run the service for you (for example, generating your store or posting the content you approve).
  • Sales made through your store are between you and your customer. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, refunds, product quality, and complying with the laws that apply to what you sell.
  • When Jerry sends messages to your customers on your behalf (for example order updates or offers on WhatsApp), you confirm you have the right to contact them, and Jerry honors customer opt-outs (a customer who replies STOP stops receiving offers).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jerry to:

  • sell illegal, counterfeit, or dangerous goods, or run misleading promotions;
  • send spam or message people who have not agreed to hear from your business;
  • violate the policies of connected platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, payment providers);
  • interfere with the service, probe its security, or access other tenants’ data.

We may suspend or limit accounts that break these rules, with notice where reasonable.

Fees and payments

  • Paid features (subscriptions, advertising budgets, usage credits) are charged at the prices shown in the product before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
  • Advertising budgets you fund are spent with the ad platform on your behalf; Jerry’s fee, where charged, is shown transparently and applies only to money actually spent.
  • Taxes (including GST) apply as required by Indian law.

Third-party services

Jerry integrates with services we do not control, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), payment providers, and hosting platforms. Their availability, policies, and approvals are theirs; a feature that depends on them may be delayed, changed, or withdrawn if they change the rules. We will always tell you honestly in the product what works today and what is pending approval.

Data

How we collect and use data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data as described on the data deletion page.

Intellectual property

Jerry, its software, and its branding belong to Satix Labs, a sole proprietorship of Patel Margil. These terms do not transfer any of that to you; your subscription gives you the right to use the service while your account is in good standing.

Service changes and termination

  • We improve Jerry continuously; features may change. Material changes to these terms will be notified in the product or by email.
  • You can stop using Jerry and request account deletion at any time.
  • We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or create legal or security risk.

Disclaimers and liability

Jerry is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business results, ad performance, or approval outcomes from third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Jerry in the three months before the claim arose; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
