Who we are

Jerry is operated by Satix Labs, a sole proprietorship of Patel Margil, Ground, 09, Devshrut Villa, K Raheja Road, Koba, Gujarat 382421, India. Contact: margilpatel57@gmail.com. Jerry helps small businesses build an online store and run marketing (including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) to reach customers.

Data we collect

• Business accounts you connect. Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp Business account, and ad accounts you authorize, via Meta OAuth.
• Content you create in Jerry, products, store content, campaign settings, and creatives.
• Messaging data. WhatsApp messages between a business and its customers that pass through Jerry to enable orders and support.
• Advertising data, campaign configuration and delivery metrics (reach, spend, results) returned by Meta’s APIs.

How we use it

• To operate your store, publish content, and create and manage the advertising campaigns you approve on your behalf.
• To send you campaign proposals and performance reports.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Meta data for any purpose other than providing these features to you.

Sharing

We share data with Meta Platforms to provide the Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp features you enable, and with service providers (hosting, payments) as needed to operate Jerry. We do not sell your data.

Retention & deletion

We retain data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time, see our Data Deletion page. We delete Meta-derived data on request or on account closure.
